Air filter housing of YD220 AX is manufactured from aluminum alloys through die casting technology and electrophoretically treated for up to fifteen years of durability. Equipped with a differential pressure gauge, sight glass and an external auto drain and stainless steel drain valve. Additionally, air filters are subjected to a 1000 hour neutral salt spray test for corrosion resistance according to ISO 9227:2006, a burst pressure test for a 5:1 safety factor, and each air filter is 100% tested for pressure leaks.

The air filter element of L220 AX is designed for ultra high efficiency filtration. It is made from HV borosilicate glass microfiber media that repels oil and water for enhanced coalescing performance that effectively removes dust particles, water mist & oil mist down to 0.01 micron. The residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.001 mg/m³ (21℃), 1ppm(w), meeting air purity class ISO 8573-1, reducing energy consumption, total cost of ownership and adding to your satisfaction.
