Our air activated carbon filters are designed with a pressure of 16 bar to get rid of oil vapours and strong odors from the air through a bed of activated carbon. They cannot remove fine particles like mold, dust, or pollen from the air. The filter element L430 ACS made from thousands of activated carbon granules of sufficient thickness and high dwell time will be far more effective than one made from a thin layer of carbon.
