Our 3 inch large flow air filters YD430 AA are manufactured from aluminum alloys through die casting technology. It is not only necessary to have advanced die-casting machines at the factory, but also to have full experience designing moulds and the ability to control every process to prevent air holes from forming inside the air filter housings to enhance safety.

As we know, air filters are a vital part of air preparation, so YunAir's filter housings are electrophoretically treated for up to fifteen years of durability. Additionally, air filters are subjected to a 1000 hour neutral salt spray test for corrosion resistance according to ISO 9227:2006, a burst pressure test for a 5:1 safety factor, and each air filter is 100% tested for pressure leaks.

And all YD430 AA filter housings are equipped with float ball auto drain , so the liquid in the filter cartridge is automatically drained as soon as it enters the filter cartridge. Due to this, Yun Air Coalescing Filters can continue to remove liquids for an unlimited period of time without losing their efficiency or flow capacity.

Air filter elements of the L430 AA protect your equipment and delicate instruments from the solid particles, liquids, oil aerosols, odors, and vapors usually found in compressed air, effectively removes dust particles, water mist & oil mist down to 0.01 micron, residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.01 mg/m³ (21℃), 1ppm(w), meeting air purity class ISO 8573-2, reducing energy consumption, total cost of ownership and adding to your satisfaction.
