The YunAir YD017AX Fine Coalescing Filter delivers industrial-grade air purification, removing 99.99% of oil mists, water aerosols, and sub-micron particles. Engineered for critical downstream protection, this 35 CFM inline filter guarantees technically oil-free air.
Featuring a optional 1/2" NPT or RC thread connection, the YD017AX seamlessly integrates into global equipment lines. It is the premier choice for screw air compressor packages, refrigerated air dryers, desiccant dryers, and PSA nitrogen generators.
The air filter housing is manufactured from aluminum alloys through die casting technology and electrophoretically treated for up to fifteen years of durability. Equipped with a differential pressure indicator, sight glass and an internal auto drain. Additionally, air filters are subjected to a 1000 hour neutral salt spray test for corrosion resistance according to ISO 9227:2006, a burst pressure test for a 5:1 safety factor, and each air filter is 100% tested for pressure leaks.
The air filter element L017AX is designed for ultra high efficiency filtration. It is made from HV borosilicate glass microfiber media that repels oil and water for enhanced coalescing performance that effectively removes dust particles, water mist & oil mist down to 0.01 micron. The residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.001 mg/m³ (21℃), 1ppm(w), meeting air purity class ISO 8573-1, reducing energy consumption, total cost of ownership and adding to your satisfaction.
