At Yun Air Technology, our YD017 AA coalescing air filters are available with a pressure of 16 bar, designed with port size 1/2" ,35 CFM air flow rate to get rid of particles and oil aerosols vapors for your compressed air system
The YD017 air filter housing is manufactured from aluminum alloys through die casting technology and electrophoretically treated for up to fifteen years of durability. Equipped with a differential pressure indicator, sight glass and an internal auto drain. Additionally, air filters are subjected to a 1000 hour neutral salt spray test for corrosion resistance according to ISO 9227:2006, a burst pressure test for a 5:1 safety factor, and each air filter is 100% tested for pressure leaks.
The L017AA air filter element is designed for high efficiency oil removal filtration. It is made from HV borosilicate glass microfiber media that repels oil and water for enhanced coalescing performance that effectively removes dust particles, water mist & oil mist down to 0.01 micron. The residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.01 mg/m³ (21℃), 1ppm(w), meeting air purity class ISO 8573-2, reducing energy consumption, total cost of ownership and adding to your satisfaction.
